Reijo Karu is the director of International Projects. Today Reijo Karu holds position of director of international projects in Tallinn University of Technology. Previously Reijo worked as expert and consultant of Enterprise Estonia being responsible for developing different enterprise funding programmes to local enterpreneurs. Main focus areas in Enterprise Estonia were developing an external expert evaluation system for evaluation process; developing an expert network according to specific field of expertise; evaluating projects targeted to supporting enterprises. Key expertise areas: networking, public administration, strategic portfolio management, evaluating methodologies.
